Mr. Legge is President of Legge & Company, LLC. He has more than 25 years experience partnering with senior leaders to formulate and drive strategy, lead change, and make their organizations, and themselves, more effective. He began consulting with a large global firm in Chicago, and moved on to a boutique New York firm, before beginning his own consulting firm in 1997. Along the way, Mr. Legge has held senior executive positions in manufacturing, financial services, and broadband companies including a key leadership/turnaround role on the operating committee of Adelphia Communications during its $18 billion bankruptcy, the 9th largest in U.S. history. He has directly helped clients achieve distinctions such as Wal-Mart Vendor of the Year and Great Places to Work.
His consulting clients have included Paychex, Mutual of Omaha, Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, Rochester Gas & Electric, New York Foundling Hospital, Wm.
